The Photographer is not responsible for the lack of coverage due to weather conditions, scheduling complications due to lateness of individuals, rules and restrictions of venue, or the rendering of decorations of the location. The photographer is not responsible for lost photo opportunities due to any kind of equipment malfunction, the lateness of the event couple, or other principles.

Please be reminded that once a date is reserved all other inquiries and bookings are turned away so any potential monies and/or clients are forfeited, therefore the balance IN FULL is still due except in the case where the date can be booked, in that case the monies will be returned.ĭue to the limited and subjective nature of weddings Rachel Dale Photography cannot be held responsible for requested photographs not taken or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, or by the church or location restrictions. If cancellation of wedding or with the photographer is within 30 days of scheduled wedding date, the ENTIRE balance is due in FULL. The client will be given the chance to reschedule but cannot be pushed ahead of other reserved clients. The client agrees to not expect a new date to automatically be available.
The retainer fee will be transferable up to 365 days after cancellation. Cancellation must be in writing even if a phone call was made to inform Rachel Dale Photography of the cancellation.
Any other arrangements shall be discussed between the client and Rachel Dale Photography. Once a balance is paid, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. There shall be no refund of retainer after 24 hours from the signing of agreement due to the reservation of the photography date. Once the contract is signed the retainer must be provided within 3 days, if the retainer is not received within 3 days of the signing of the contract, the contract is null and will be cancelled and your date released for other couples to book. The retainer fee is applied towards the final contracted wedding package and is not in addition to the package chosen. Upon clients signature and payment of retainer fee, Rachel Dale Photography agrees to reserve the date and time specified. If final payment is not received as set forth herein, Rachel Dale Photography reserves the right to withhold delivery of the images and or not attend the wedding until payment is received. The balance of the complete package price must be paid 30 days before the date of the wedding. No date is reserved until a retainer is received. Changing your date is subject to fees and the availability of that date.Ī non-refundable retainer fee of 1/3 the cost of the chosen package is required to hold the date of your wedding. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc.) as listed, you must notify Rachel Dale Photography. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-10 days prior to the event. If an email is sent, a confirmation of receipt must be in writing. Notification of any changes can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation. Rachel Dale Photography must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least one week prior to the scheduled date of event. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. This agreement contains the entire understanding between Rachel Dale Photography and the client.
